This is the first sweater I’ve ever finished and boy, am I proud. It’s cozy & warm, and while it’s pretty big on my peanut of a baby, that just means it will probably still fit in the fall. It’s the baby sophisticate sweater which I found through SouleMama (and I realized later that I picked the same color as her–thanks Amanda!)
There’s a few weird, “homemade” things about it–I have trouble making neat edges so the bottom left corner is a little askew, and there’s a couple of weird looking stitches here in there.
But, oh my goodness, it looks adorable on her. And I made it. I’m hoping it will get a lot of use this spring, now that it’s almost too warm for her snowsuit.
To the first of many, many, Mama-made clothes for my little one.
